He is survived by his beloved wife, Ruth Williamson Smith; three daughters and sons-in-law, Rebecca and Tim Gillette of Flatwoods, Cathy and James Young of Ocala, Fla., and Janice Maria and Shawn Pruitt of Catlettsburg, Ky; four sons and three daughters-in-law, Ronald Keith II and Angie Smith of Huntington, W.Va., Larry Williamson of Buffalo, N.Y., Rick and Tami Williamson of Kuwait and Eric Scot and Kim Smith of St. Port Lucie, Fla; four brothers, Franklin R. Smith of Clarksville, Tenn., Colin G. Smith of Huntington, Thomas A. Smith of Dothan, Ala., and Robert Allen Smith of Ocala. Burial will be in Smith Family Cemetery on Buffalo Creek Road in Kenova, W.Va. on January 16, 2011.3

     Richard Lloyd Hinkle Richard Lloyd Hinkle, 85, of Jacksonville, passed away September 23, 2020. He was born June 9, 1935 to the late Riley and Mary (Simmons) Hinkle in Linglestown, Pennsylvania. In addition to his parents, Richard is preceded in death by two brothers and one sister. Richard proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and is a Vietnam Veteran. He was medically retired in 1973 as a Tech Sergeant. He deeply loved his wife of 65 years, Edith, and spending time with children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. His two passions in life were the game of golf and his service in the Masonry. His Masonic service began in 1964 and he achieved his Thirty-Third Degree in 2007 serving in many capacities along the way to include District Deputy Grand Master and Almoner. Those left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife, Edith Hinkle; his son, Richard (Lisa) Hinkle Jr; his daughters, Marilyn Collins and Jimie (Chet) Gray; sisters, Faye Hoover and Ruth Fromm; three grandchildren, Lloyd Collins, Troy Gray, and Anna Hinkle, as well as five great-grandchildren.3 He was buried at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 West Maryland Avenue, North Little Rock, Pulaski Co., Arkansas.2 He married Edith Frances Poff, daughter of James William Troy Poff and Mary Elizabeth Eaton.1 Richard Lloyd Hinkle was born on June 9, 1935 at Linglestown, Dauphin Co., Pennsylvania.2,3 He died on September 23, 2020 at Pulaski Co., Arkansas, at age 85.2,3
