Survivors include three daughters, Misses Kay and Kathy Neumeyer, both of Newport News, and Mrs. Jo Whitley of Hampton; a sister, Mrs. Carrie G. Ragland, and one brother, Roy Gowen, both of Newport News. Burial will be in Peninsula Memorial Park. on June 25, 1977.³
