     Billie Jo Harrah Billie Jo McGuffin, 66, of Beckley passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2019 in Morgantown, WV. She was born on November 17, 1952 to her late parents, William and Maria Harrah in Beckley, WV. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Holly Curry; grandchildren, Henry and Hudson Curry; brother, Tony Harrah; sisters Melissa Mooney and Retha Prentice; nieces, Elisabeth and Rachel Harrah; nephews, Matthew Prentice, J.T., and William Harrah; sister-in-law, Shirley Harrah; and her beloved dog, Harley. Billie Jo is preceded in death by her parents and her late former husband, James Douglas McGuffin. Billie Jo was a hard working lady whom dedicated her life to her family. She cherished the moments with her grandchildren and loved caring for them. She enjoyed bowling and reading in her spare time. She loved her faith and spent several years attending Piney View Bible Church. Billie Jo will be laid to rest at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens Cemetery.² She was buried at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, 5250 Robert Centre Byrd Drive, Prosperity, Raleigh Co., West Virginia.^3,2 She was born on November 17, 1952 at Beckley, Raleigh Co., West Virginia.^1,2 As of April 5, 1975,her married name was McGuffin.¹ She married James Douglas McGuffin, son of Henry Alvin McGuffin and Hazel Pauline Laws, on April 5, 1975 at Rich Creek, Giles Co., Virginia.^1,2 Billie Jo Harrah died on June 23, 2019 at Morgantown, Monongalia Co., West Virginia, at age 66.²
