     Harry Hayth Jr. was buried at Springwood Baptist Church Cemetery, Springwood, Botetourt Co., Virginia.⁴ He was born on May 27, 1933 at Botetourt Co., Virginia.^1,2 He married Virgie Madeline Deisher, daughter of Emmett Odell Deisher Sr. and Elizabeth Trout Boothe, on February 11, 1954 at Fincastle, Botetourt Co., Virginia.¹ Harry Hayth Jr. and Virgie Madeline Deisher were divorced on August 12, 1988 at Roanoke, Virginia.² Harry Hayth Jr. died on September 12, 2009 at Roanoke, Virginia, at age 76.^4,3 He Harry Hayth Jr., 76, of Vinton, Va., and formerly of Buchanan, Va., passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2009. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry Sr. and Minnie Hurst Hayth; infant daughter, Ruth Ann Hayth; daughter, Carol Evans; son, Steve Allen Hayth; and sister, Ruth Hayth Garrett. Survivors include his sons and daughter-in-law, Roger Hayth, of Goodview, Ricky and Denise Hayth, of Roanoke, and Harry Willie Hayth, of Roanoke; daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Jackson Lee Wimmer, of Roanoke; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law, James "Check" and Ruth Hayth, of Buchanan, and Carl Lee and June Hayth, of Kernersville, N.C; brother-inlaw, James Garrett, of Buchanan; former spouse, Madeline Hayth Smith, of Vinton; and several nieces and nephews. Interment will follow in Springwood Baptist Church Cemetery. on September 14, 2009.⁴

     Ruth Ann Hayth was buried at Copps Cemetery, Buchanan, Botetourt Co., Virginia.^2,4 She was born on September 6, 1956 at Roanoke, Virginia.^2,3 She died on January 13, 1957 at Buchanan, Botetourt Co., Virginia.^2,4 She Ruth Ann Hayth, four-month-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Hayth Jr., died at the home of her grandparents in Buchanan yesterday. She is also survived by a brother, Roger Lee Hayth. Burial in Copps Cemetery. on January 14, 1957.⁴
