Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Brenda; father, Kenneth Wertz Sr; children, Christine Cooper, Kayla Fernandez, and Justin Jones; grandchildren, Kaylee, Bella, and Dustin; sister, Twila Wertz; brother, Kenneth "Mac" Wertz Jr; and extended family and friends. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Timothy Wertz; fiancé, Jonathan Paul Waters; step-father, Ronald Adams; grandmother, Etheridge Howard.
