     Frances Lee Woods Frances Lee Taylor, “Frannie,” 81, of Roseburg, Oregon, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 7, 2017, at Mercy Medical Center. Fran was born on March 14, 1936 in Shaniko, Oregon, to John B. And Bernice R. (Howell) Woods. She attended Roseburg High School and was a long-time resident of Oregon. Frannie was a beloved child caregiver in the local community of Roseburg, Oregon for 15+ years. She touched the lives of many families, sharing her love of children, and her ability to help shape them into the people they are today. In later years, she was a caregiver for several elderly persons, and then later she cared for animals – both small and large. Fran is survived by her loving sister, Georgia Hounshell of Roseburg, OR; her children, Lesa Medley of San Jose, CA, Paula Hammack of Arlington, OR, Carla Stanfill of Troutdale, OR, and Rob Taylor of Melrose, OR; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many, many very special friends. Fran’s family extends beyond her immediate family to many families her life has touched throughout her years. Frannie was preceded in death by her parents, sister Janet Sinnott, brother Paul Woods, her son, Steve Taylor, and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles. What a happy heavenly reunion that must have been! A small graveside service is being planned at the Kent IOOF Cemetery in Kent, Oregon.3 She was buried at Kent I.O.O.F.      Harry Sarver Bannister Harry Sarver Bannister, 67, of Pineville, went to be with the Lord on Monday, Sept. 29, 2008, in Wyoming Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, New Richmond, following a long illness. Born Sept. 11, 1941, in Iaeger, he was the son of the late Alex and Dorothy Mae Dillon Bannister. Harry was a member of Brenton Baptist Church. He enjoyed playing cards, bowling, golf and spending time with his family. Harry was a member of the Mason AMFM Lodge #95 and was a member of the Beckley VFW. Survivors include two brothers, Jack Bannister and his wife, Mary Lou, of Lambsburg, VA and Rev. Bob Bannister and his wife, Earlene, of Pineville; two sisters, Margaret Short and her husband, Gaylord, of Beckley and Patty Angle of Oak Hill; and several nieces and nephews.2 He was buried at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, 5250 Robert Centre Byrd Drive, Prosperity, Raleigh Co., West Virginia.3 He was born on September 11, 1941 at Iaeger, McDowell Co., West Virginia.2 He married Rebecca Susan Alley, daughter of Frank Camden Alley and Lois Manna Jones, on February 4, 1985 at North Carolina.1 Harry Sarver Bannister and Rebecca Susan Alley were divorced on May 18, 1987 at Mecklenburg Co., North Carolina.1 Harry Sarver Bannister died on September 29, 2008 at New Richmond, Wyoming Co., West Virginia, at age 67.2

     Sandra Gaynell Cloak was buried at Odd Fellows Cemetery and Mausoleum, 4527 Burlington Pike, Burlington, Burlington Co., New Jersey.1 Her married name was Alley.1 She married George Anderson Alley Jr., son of George Anderson Alley Sr. and Margaret Maxine Cox.1 Sandra Gaynell Cloak was born on October 2, 1940. She died on September 6, 2022 at New Jersey at age 81.1 She Sandra G. Horn, she loved you a bushel and a peck. The sound of Sandra's singing voice not only brought a smile to your face but would warm your heart as well. She always had a love of music, as well as swimming at the beach. Her smile could brighten any room and her kindness is unmatched. This was shown in her 30 years of working as a nurse's aide at the Masonic Home. Outside of work, you could often find her lost in a book or crocheting a masterpiece for her loved ones. On September 6th at the age of 81, she joined her beloved husband Edward J. Horn of Browns Mills, NJ. She is survived by her four children; Gail (Dan) Beach, Richard (Dana) Alley, Sherry (Bill) Rice, John (Stacey) Alley, twelve grandchildren, a sister; Roberta Horn, nieces, and nephews; Loretta (Bob) Atkinson family, Donna (Alan) Smekal, Norman Horn, Tracey Cox family, Lynne Bell family, Robert Gauntt family. Sandra is predeceased by her mother Vera Dills, father Thomas Cloak, and sister Beaulah Blas. Interment Oddfellows Cemetery, Burlington. on September 10, 2022.1
