     Kathy Jane Smith was born on May 13, 1945 at Wooster, Wayne Co., Ohio.¹ She married Rodney Alan Muir, son of Max Lee Muir and Bonnie Rae Conner, on December 31, 1996 at Antioch, Contra Costa Co., California.¹ As of December 31, 1996,her married name was Muir. Kathy Jane Smith died in April, 1998 at Antioch, Contra Costa Co., California, at age 52.¹

     Earl Dey Cummins was buried at Valley of the Sun Cemetery, Chandler, Maricopa Co., Arizona.^3,4 His Social Security Number was 073-26-7273.⁵ He was born on December 24, 1931 at Victory, Cayuga Co., New York.^5,3,4 He married Flora Jeanne Conner, daughter of Harry Hamilton Conner and Eva Sue Laughlin, in July, 1953 at Salome, La Paz Co., Arizona.^1,2,3 Earl Dey Cummins died on December 8, 2006 at Phoenix, Maricopa Co., Arizona, at age 74.^5,3,4 He Earl Dey Cummins, 74, was born December 24, 1931 in Victory New York and passed away December 8, 2006. He has resided in Phoenix since 1951. He was a proud member of the Air Force and a veteran of the Korean War. He was retired from Honeywell. He was married to Jeanne Conner who preceded him in death several years past. He had also lost both of his parents: Earl and Laura Cummins, sister Kate Diego, and brother Fred Magee. His son Timothy and wife Jeanie survive him: grandchildren Miranda, 26, Clint, 23, and Harley Dey, 13, and daughter Teresa Thompson: granddaughters Shay, 24, Jessie 12, and great granddaughter Baylee, 5. Earl also leaves behind his soul mate of the last 4 years and dear friend of more than 60 years Betty Talamo. Many nieces and nephews and their families also survive him. Moore Grimshaw Bethany Chapel, 710 West Bethany Home Road. Services at mortuary on Thursday, December 14, at 11:00 AM with internment following at Valley of the Sun Memorial Park, 10940 E. Chandler Heights Road. on December 12, 2006.³

     John Delbert Cole was buried at Exeter Cemetery, Exeter, Fillmore Co., Nebraska.⁵ He was born on March 27, 1873 at Moline, Rock Island Co., Illinois; His gravestone has a birth year of 1874.^3,4,5,7 He married Marie Louise Ford on August 31, 1898 at Fairmont, Fillmore Co., Nebraska.² John Delbert Cole John Delbert Cole, 74, died at his home, 503 So. 25th, Thursday morning. He was a resident of Lincoln for 47 years. He was employed by the Western Newspaper Union for 36 years. Born at Moline, Ill., he moved to Exeter, Neb., with his parents in 1882. He came to Lincoln in 1900. Mr. Cole was a member of the First Christian church, Lincoln lodge No. 19, A.F. & A.M., and Electa chapter, O.E.S. He served as tyler of the Lincoln lodge for several years. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p. m. Saturday at Roper & Sons, Rev. Lowell C. Bryant officiating. Lincoln lodge No. 19 will be in charge of the services at the chapel. Burial will be at Exeter. Surviving are his wife, Marie; daughter, Mrs. Sylvia Cole Diers Henderson, Auburn, Neb., and half-sister, Mrs. Stella Crouse, Seward. on January 22, 1948.⁷ He died on January 22, 1948 at Lancaster Co., Nebraska, at age 74.^5,6
