     Kendall Robin Barrow Kendall Robin Barrow, 65, of Collinsville, passed away on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at the Memorial Hospital of Martinsville. He was born in Martinsville to the late Leon Edsel and Virginia Robertson Barrow on January 2, 1951. Kendall was a great husband, father, brother, grandfather, an avid hunter, and never missed the opportunity to tell a joke. He was a graduate of Fieldale-Collinsville H.S. Class of 1969, attended First Baptist Church of Collinsville, and had worked for over 25 years with Kroger's and had also worked at Sara Lee for 15 years. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Sharon Foley Barrow of the home; his son and daughter in law, Derek and Rene Barrow of Easley, S..C; a brother, Adrian (Sandy) Barrow of Hudson, Fla; two sisters, Gina Barrow of Collinsville and Yvonne (Steve) Glass of Goodview, Va; one grandchild, Kuric Barrow of Easley, S.C. and one step-granddaughter, Chasity Smith of Easley, S.C. Graveside funeral service will be held in the Roselawn Burial Park.³ He was buried at Roselawn Burial Park, 103 Clearview Drive, Martinsville, Virginia.³ He was born on January 2, 1951 at Martinsville, Virginia.^2,3 He married Sharon Gwynne Foley, daughter of John Russell Foley and Rosa Idella Conner, on July 11, 1968 at Eden, Rockingham Co., North Carolina.^1,3 Kendall Robin Barrow died on February 2, 2016 at Martinsville, Virginia, at age 65.³

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Deborah Compton. She retired after more than 20 years with American of Martinsville and attended Good News Baptist Church of Martinsville. Surviving are two sons, Donnie Conner of Collinsville and Jeffery Conner of Ridgeway; one brother, Bobby Davis of Lumberton; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery in Ridgeway. on October 21, 2007.¹

She attended Drewry Mason High School and Patrick Henry Community College. She was a member of Good News Baptist Church in Martinsville. Survivors, in addition to her parents, include her husband, Ernest Lee Compton of the home; two sons, William A. Perry Jr., and Michael Glenn Seay, both of Martinsville; two brothers, Donnie Conner of Collinsville and Jeff Conner of Ridgeway; one grandson and one nephew. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Community Funeral Services Chapel with Rev. Willie Conner officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. on July 21, 2003.²

     Jeffrey Earl Conner Jeffrey Earl Conner, 57, left this world unexpectedly on August 23, 2017 at his residence in Little River, SC. Jeff, as his friends and family called him, was born in Martinsville, VA on August 13, 1960 to the late William “Jackie” Conner and Mary Lou Davis Conner. He was a longtime resident of Ridgeway, VA until he relocated to the Myrtle Beach, SC area around 2011. Although Jeff enjoyed hunting, camping, and other outdoor activities, his true passion was in the kitchen. He worked for most of his adult life as a private, professional caterer. His family recalls that there was “nothing he couldn’t make” and have fond memories of joining him for cookouts, trips to local swimming holes, and enjoying great music together, especially Jeff’s favorites: Credence Clearwater Revival, The Eagles, and Hank Williams, Jr. Jeff also loved tattoos and helped one of his nephews begin a lifelong career as a tattoo artist.¹ He was born on August 13, 1960 at Martinsville, Virginia.^1,2 He died on August 23, 2017 at Little River, Horry Co., South Carolina, at age 57.¹
