Pipes, Jr. and his wife Elaine and Kenneth "Rusty" Pipes and his wife Joyce; 6 grandchildren, Mark, Leslie, Jason, Kenny, James, and Russell; several great grandchildren and other loving family members and friends. We will all miss him until we join him in heaven. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 6, 2007 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Grand View Funeral Home, 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena. Surviving are daughters and sons-in-law, Sandy and Mark (“Mac”) Albert, Christiansburg, Bonnie and Andrew Humphreys, Hagerstown, Md., Linda and Sam Quarles, Roanoke, Nancy Campbell, Roanoke; son and daughter-in-law, James T. and Laurie K. Robbins, Durham, N.C; sisters, Mildred Fluhrer, Ormond Beach, Fla., Violet and Hamp Drewrey, Daytona Beach, Fla; five great-grandchildren; eleven grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 22, 1996 at Lynn Haven Baptist Church with Dr. Jay D. Owens officiating. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park. Arrangements are being handled by Lotz Funeral Home, Roanoke. on June 21, 1996.2
