Those left to cherish her memory include a sister, Kay Crist and her husband, Deryl, of Charleston; two grandsons, Phillip Hill and his wife, Margaret, of Frankfort, Ind., and Richard Hill and his wife, Terri, of Akron, Ohio; three great-grandchildren, Wayne, David and Kayla Hill, all of Frankfort, Ind; and several nieces and nephews. Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, at Blue Ridge Funeral Home, Beckley, with Pastor Lee Swor officiating. Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may gather with the family 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial was to follow in the Wilson Cemetery, Beckwith. Survivors include her husband, Arthur Clyde Bickford; mother, Mrs. Virgie Smith, Beckwith; three sisters, Irene, Judy Ann, and Louise Smith, all of Beckwith; four brothers, Cecil Smith, Detroit, Mich; Jim, Wallace L., L. Smith, all of Fayetteville. on October 12, 1954.3
