She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Gordon McCune; daughter Cynthia and husband Dwayne of Amma; son Michael of Manson, NC; son John and wife Andrea of Standard grandsons Jason Mayse of Marmet and Konnor McCune of Wilmington, NC; granddaughters Jennifer Hudnall of Morganton, NC., Katherine St. Clair of Daniels, Emily Simpson of Portland, OR, Greenlee McCune and Karlee McCune of Standard; great-grandsons Jaxon, Kingston, and Kane Mayse; great-granddaughter Meadow St. Clair; brother Larry Tincher of Hansford; sisters Debbie King of War and Teresa Snodgrass of Standard. She was preceded in death by her son Steven; her parents Ed and Gladys Kitchen, and Everett and Madge Tincher; sister Janice Hughes, and brother Gary Tincher. She was a graduate of East Bank High School and WV Institute of Technology and retired from the Vining Library at WV Tech with over 20 years of service. H. Sisson of Dunbar; 18 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in Humphreys Methodist Church at Sissonville by the Rev. R. A. Frame.      Riley J. Waugh was born on January 28, 1885 at West Virginia.5,1 He married Sarah A. "Sallie" Elmore, daughter of John R. Elmore and Rose Ann Jones, on January 14, 1912 at Bell Creek, Kanawha Co., West Virginia.5 Riley J. Waugh died on December 25, 1934 at Blakeley, Kanawha Co., West Virginia, at age 49.6,4 He Riley Waugh, 51, a railroad employee, was found dead of a shotgun wound in the chest early yesterday morning at his home at Blakely. Dr. W. F. Work, Kanawha county coroner, said the wound was self-inflicted. According to police Waugh was shot soon after he left members of his family at a Christmas celebration at an adjoining house. The body was taken to the Perrine funeral home at Cedar Grove pending funeral arrangements. Surviving are his widow and four children. on December 26, 1934.4

Elmore and Rose Ann Jones, circa 1920.5,1 Mark Myers died on June 4, 1952 at Werth, Nicholas Co., West Virginia, at age 48.2,4 He RICHWOOD, Jun 4 — Mark Myers, a 48-year-old resident of Quick, Kanawha County, was killed today in an accident at the Scott Mining Co. mine, at Werth, about 20 miles from here. Attendants at Simons mortuary said Myers, a mine employe, was injured fatally about 4 p.m. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Stella Myers of Quick, three daughters, Ann and Sophia Myers, both at Quick; and Mrs. Chloe Stewart of Ten Mile; four sons, Herbert, Charles, Lowell and Eugene Myers, all of Rand. Other survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Sally Walls of Quick and Miss Emma Myers of Rand; three brothers, Hubert and Tam Myers, both of Mt. Hope and Virgil Myers of Campbell's Creek and the father, Ira Myers, of Quick. on June 5, 1952.6

Burdette, 75, retired farmer, died of a heart aliment yesterday morning at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Rusha Walker of the Sissonville road. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Mt. Calvary Baptist church. The Rev. C. B. Jackson will officiate and burial will be in Jordan cemetery on Cooper's creek, with the Elk mortuary in charge. Mr. Burdette was born June 18, 1862 at a farm on Tupper's creek. He was a member of the Baptist church for 60 years, taking an active part in church work until his death. Surviving are two sons, Edward Burdette, Charleston, and A. W. Burdette, Oak Hill; two other daughters, Mrs. Ida Foster of Charleston and Mrs. Ethel Foster of Tupper's creek; a brother, Lewis Burdette of Tupper's creek; 38 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. on February 20, 1938.4
