His eye sight was verry poor. He leaves three sons and three daughters, namely Letcher, Edgar, and Leslie Hall and Mrs. Henry Lawrence of Elliston; Mrs. Victor Light of Indian Valley, and Mrs. Wade Muncy of Draper, N C. His wife preceded him several years ago. The remains were brought to Locust Grove, Floyd County, and after the funeral by Rev. Mr. Conner in the Methodist Church there, the body was laid to rest in the Hall Cemetery at his brother, Jessie W Hall's. Mr. Jessie W. Hall is the only member of the family living. Quite a large crowd attended the funeral. on October 18, 1928.1,7

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Burns-Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with the Rev. Sam Meadows, the Rev. John Hooper and the Rev. Carlton Wilson officiating. Burial will be at the Athens Cemetery in Athens. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. on February 26, 1991.9
