     Katherine Anne "Kathy" Vest was buried at Stonewall Cemetery, 4382 Route 221 N, Floyd Co., Virginia.3 She was born on April 6, 1964 at Virginia.2,5 As of July 14, 1984,her married name was Walters.6 She married Kenneth Randall Walters on July 14, 1984 at Floyd Co., Virginia.1,6 Katherine Anne "Kathy" Vest died on January 15, 2011 at Virginia at age 46.3,5 She Katherine (Kathy) Anne Vest Walters, 46, of Floyd, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, January 15, 2011. She is preceded in death by her beloved mother, Anne Burns Vest. She is survived by her children, son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Ashley Walters; daughter, Kelli Anne Walters; father and wife, David and Darla Vest; brother and sister-in-law, Danny and Trish Vest; sister and brother-in-law, Kim and Timmy Turman; stepsister and husband, Carla and Art Ciaramella; stepbrother, John Tomi; nieces, Raven Michelle Vest, Samantha Anne and Rebecca Lynn Turman; nephew, Scott Tomi; and many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins; special friends, Mark Poff and Michelle Quellette. Special thanks to caregivers, Amanda and Crystal and Carilion Hospice. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at Gardner Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Jerry Hylton officiating. Interment will follow at Stonewall Cemetery. Friends may call Monday, January 17, 2011 between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. and 6 and 8 p.m. Donations may be made to the M.S. Society or The Floyd County Humane Society. US Hwy 221, Copper Hill, Floyd Co., Virginia.3 He was born on June 8, 1960 at Virginia.2 He married Katherine Anne "Kathy" Vest, daughter of David Ronald Vest and Anne Forrestina Burns, on July 14, 1984 at Floyd Co., Virginia.1,2 Kenneth Randall Walters died on February 22, 2016 at Virginia at age 55.3 He Kenneth Randall Walters, 55, of Bent Mountain, Va., went home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 22, 2016, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Donald Walters.Kenneth worked for Norfolk Southern and was a member of the Moose Lodge. He had a special love for his children and riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle.He is survived by his loving children, Randy (Ashley) Walters and Kelli (Stacy) Dillon; his mother, Margaret "Totsy" Walters; granddaughters, Lydia Walters and Bellamy Dillon; grandson on the way, Davis Randall Dillon; brothers and sisters-in-law, Donnie and Susan Walters, and William and Robin Walters; nieces and nephews, Jenny and David Lawhorn and family, Jared and Lauren Walters and family, Jacob Walters, Wynne, Kia and Brier Walters; many special aunts and uncles; and a special friend, Kim Wells.The family would like to thank all of Kenny's many friends who supported him and kept him company during his illness.Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, February 26, 2016, at Oakey's South Chapel on Brambleton Ave. The Rev.
