In addition to his father, Danny was preceded in death by two brothers, Hobert Lee Quesinberry and David Wayne Quesinberry. Those left to cherish Danny’s memory are his mother, Sandra Sue Sutterland Quesinberry of Fieldale, VA; daughters, Stephanie Knuckles of Huntington, WV, and Samantha Witt of Bedford, VA; brothers, Tony Quesinberry of Princeton, WV, and Gary Quesinberry, Jr. of Pocahontas, VA; and sister, Christina Gibson of Bluefield, WV.2 He was born on July 27, 1966 at Bluefield, Mercer Co., West Virginia.2 He died on December 21, 2023 at Bluefield, Mercer Co., West Virginia, at age 57.2

Brian Marshall Conley, 22, Route 10, was shot once in the back of the head by a with a high-powered rifle, according to Harold Stumbo, a Floyd County attorney. Charged with murder and lodged in the Floyd County jail is Don Gearheart, no age or address available. Stumbo said the shooting occurred after Gearheart and Conley had words. Conley slain in Kentucky was leaving a service station in a pick-up Sunday at the Boyer Funeral Home, truck when Gearheart allegedly shot him. Waverly. Stumbo said the shooting was personal Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at and strike related due to a labor dispute in the area. Gearheart is an underground miner at Koenig Coal Co. Conley, a non-union employe, was a truckdriver operating out of Martin County, Ky. The incident is under investigation by the Kentucky State Police and the Floyd County Sheriff's office. Mr. Conley, a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, was born Dec. 6, 1954 in Columbus. He is survived by his father, B.M. Conley, Chillicothe; his mother, Mrs. Joan Edwards, Royal Oak, Mich; two brothers, Buddie, Westerville, and Barry, Columbus; and two sisters, Mrs. Brenda Dearth, Columbus, and Miss Bonnie Conley, Royal Oak, Mich. on July 22, 1977.4

Paul Meek, spokesman for the Westmoreland Coal Co., said Boyd Minnix of Gauley Bridge was injured in a belt conveyor accident at about 10:53 a.m. Minnix died at 1:33 p.m. in the Boone Memorial Hospital at Madison. According to Meek, the worker had been employed by the Whitesville A and S Coal Mine No. 6 near Whitesville as a belt attendant for the past nine years. Meek said the accident occurred when Minnix was operating a belt conveyor at a pressure house for the Whitesville A and S Coal Mines and Westmoreland Coal Mines. Meek said that Minnix was trapped in the belt drive which sends the coal over a mountain to a cleaning plant. Born June 13, 1919, at Lansing, Minnix was a son of the late Everrette and Tisha Shockey Minnix. He attended the Holiness Church at Gauley Bridge and was a veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Mullins Minnix; two sons, Wendall Duncan of Richwood and Boyd Minnix Jr., stationed with the Army at Ft. Knox, Ky; two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Walker of Gauley Bridge and Miss Sharon Kay Minnix, at home; one brother, William of Jeffersonville, Ind., and two grandchildren. Burial will be in the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens at Prosperity. on January 24, 1974.4

Ina Lorraine "Lo" Love was buried at Walnut Ridge Cemetery, Jeffersonville, Clark Co., Indiana.3 She was born on March 6, 1918 at Oak Hill, Fayette Co., West Virginia.1,4 As of December, 1950,her married name was Minnix.5 She married Arthur Charles Minnix, son of Everette Elwood Minnix and Lutitia/Letitia L. "Tishie" Shockey, in December, 1950 at Jefferson Co., Kentucky.1,2,5 Ina Lorraine "Lo" Love Funeral services for Lorraine "Lo" Minnix, 94, of Jeffersonville, will be Friday with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. She died Tuesday, March 6, 2012, at her home. She was born in Oak Hill, W. Va., a retired cashier from the U.S. Census Bureau and previously worked at I.C.I. America in Charlestown. She volunteered much of her life to charitable organizations, including the Empty Stocking Fund, the Community Kitchen and was later recognized by The Evening News as an outstanding citizen for all of her volunteer work. She was a very active member of the Clark County Democratic Party where she served as campaign manager for Jimmy Bottorff (past state representative) and Dean Marble. She was the past manager of Green Springs Mobile Home Park for 60 years and helped the residents any way possible to make their lives happy. She was a member of Eastern Heights Baptist Church, a charter member of one of the first 4-H clubs in America, a member of the Democratic Women's Club, a Kentucky Colonel, recipient of the Sagamore of the Wabash Award and received the Special Deputy of Clark County Award from Michael L. Becher. She is survived by her daughter, Candy Wilson, of Jeffersonville; a brother, Sen. Shirley Love and his wife, Audrey, of Oak Hill, W.Va; a sister, Margaret Painter, of Oak Hill, W.Va; granddaughter, Kelli McFarland and her husband, Mac, of Jeffersonville; grandson, Todd Wilson and his wife, Rebecca, of Jeffersonville; great-grandson, Zachary Brown, of Jeffersonville; numerous nieces and nephews; and extended family, Esther Henderson, of Jeffersonville, Lea Ann Kuehl and her husband, Richard, of Carbondale, Ill., and Carey Davis and her husband, Chris, of Jeffersonville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Minnix; and her parents, Earl and Winona Love. on March 6, 2012.1 She died on March 6, 2012 at Jeffersonville, Clark Co., Indiana, at age 94.1,4
