     Walter Samuel Daniel Walter Samuel Daniel, 77, of Bridgeport formerly of Fairmont passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Rosewood Center in Grafton. He was born McAlpin, West Virginia on September 09, 1945 a son of the late Ray and Susie Terry Daniel. Walter proudly served his county in United States Army during Vietnam War. He worked several years as a Federal Mine Inspector until retirement. He is survived by his loving wife Rosemary King Daniel; two sons Stephen Daniel and his wife Angie of Florida and Christopher Daniel and his wife Amy of Alabama; three daughters Cynthia "Cindy" Wolfe of Bridgeport, Stephanie Vaught and her husband Dave of Florida and Michelle Johnson of Florida; two sisters Rosie Sanchez and her husband Dave of Iowa and Shirley Whitt of Alabama; twelve grandchildren, six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers and sister Robert Daniel, May Aldreg, Hustie Daniel, Marie Smith and Clayton Daniel; one grandson Tyler Vaught.
