Born March 16, 1943 at Elkhorn, WV., she was the daughter of the late Robert Ellis and Ruth Elaine Martin. Mrs. Hall was a homemaker and a U.S. Army Veteran. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Carson Roger Taylor and her second husband Sylvester Eugene Hall. She is survived by one son; Joseph Ray Martin and wife Mary of Port St. Lucie, FL, one daughter, Cathy Musselman and husband Kenneth of Radford, VA., grandchildren, Chris and Michael Martin both of Port St. Lucie, FL. SPC John R. and wife SPC Cilia Sessoms of Fort Stuart, GA; Joshua W. Pendleton of Radford, VA., one great-granddaughter, Sierra Nicole Jordan of Radford, VA. Four brothers; Robert Martin and wife Mabel of Bluefield, WV, Joseph Martin and wife Elizabeth of Jefferson, GA, Richard Martin and wife Tracy of Decatur, GA., and David Martin and wife Linda of Athens, WV; one sister, Nancy Lunsford and husband Larry of Lindside, WV., half sister, Joan Ort of Michigan, and several nieces and nephews.3 Her Social Security Number was 234-72-9755.2 She was born on March 16, 1943 at Elkhorn, McDowell Co., West Virginia.2,3 As of August 19, 1959,her married name was Taylor.1 She married Carson Roger Taylor, son of Fizer Curn Taylor and Treecie Marie Settle, on August 19, 1959 at Sparta, Alleghany Co., North Carolina.1,3 Patricia Elaine Martin died on November 27, 2006 at Lindside, Monroe Co., West Virginia, at age 63.2,4,3

     Nonia Joetta Delida Nonia Joetta “Jodi” Delida, 52, of Athens died Friday, January 24, 2020, at Bland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Bastian, VA. Born September 25, 1967 in Bluefield, WV, she was the daughter of Dolly Gwen Davidson Morris of Falls Mills, VA, and the late John Robert Delida. Jodi formerly worked in the Dry Cleaning Industry in North Carolina and West Virginia. She was also a former caregiver for the elderly. Jodi had a “green thumb”. She loved raising plants, especially sunflowers. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her companion of several years, Joe Oxley of Athens; one daughter, Karissa Danielle Morris of Falls Mills, VA; one son, Carson Andrew “Andy” Taylor of Bluefield, WV; three grandchildren, Maydlyn Kenna Blankenship, Abbie Taylor, and Kasey Taylor; two sisters, Tammy Jolene Nunley of Bluefield, VA, and Sophia Jean Gibson and her husband Gary of Augusta, GA; one brother, David Andrew Delida and his wife Lakie of Bluefield, WV; and maternal grandmother, Agnes Williams of Bluewell.2 She was born on September 25, 1967 at Bluefield, Mercer Co., West Virginia.1,2 As of December 15, 1984,her married name was Taylor.1 She married Carlis Dale Taylor, son of Mark Duke Taylor and Judy Evelyn Meade, on December 15, 1984 at Tazewell, Tazewell Co., Virginia.1 Nonia Joetta Delida died on January 24, 2020 at Bastian, Bland Co., Virginia, at age 52.2
