She was the beloved wife of the late Frank R. Sowers, Sr. Lotus was born on July 24, 1927 in Yards, VA to the late Charles Fred and Ruby Bales Boley. She was a member of Bible Baptist Church in St. Augustine, FL. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Junior Boley and two sisters Margie Duncan and Shirley Surratt. Lotus is survived by her daughter Kathy Perry (Clayton) of St. Augustine, FL; Frank R. Sowers, Jr. (Anita) of Harrisburg, PA and Jim Sowers (Rita) of Bluewell, WV; grandchildren Michelle Duncan, Steven Duncan, Brittini Sowers, Brandon Sowers, Sydney Sowers, Joseph Perry, 7 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
