She was born Aug. 10, 1913, a daughter of Charles Culbertson and Alice Culbertson Sale. A native of Monterey, Va., he was a son of the late John B. and Una M. Wagner. He was a member of the First Methodist Church at Pocahontas, Masonic Lodge 240 at Pocahontas, Kazin Shrine Temple at Roanoke, Va., the Roanoke Consistory and the Bluefield Old Guard. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Thelma Conner Wagner of the home; three sons, Floyd E. Wagner Jr. of Richmond, Va., Dennis R. Wagner of Pocahontas and Johnson B. Wagner of Bluefield, Va; one daughter, Mrs. Virginia Davidson of Bluefield; one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Vandevender of Monterey; seven grandchildren and one greatgrandchild.
