Florence was born March 15 1905 in Oakwood Ill. and was a two-year county resident coming from Orange County. In 1927 she married her husband Pastor David F. Lehr a Disciples of Christ minister and served as church secretary church school superintendent and study and worship chairperson for about 36 years. She developed the curriculum for church baptism communion and membership. She also concurrently served on the Board of Directors for the Y.W.C.A. in Canton Ill. She faithfully served the Lord and assisted her husband until his retirement in 1963. He preceded her in death in 1969. After her retirement she also was a member of A.R.E. and was an Edgar Cayce "Search for God" study group leader for 10 years. She was a longtime member of the Garden Grove First Christian Church and started a prayer chain group. Florence was also an English as second language-Laubach tutor at the Garden Grove Crystal Cathedral for several years until she was 79 years old. She is survived by her daughters Glenna Rae Sipes of Bandon Ore. Selma Yvonne Stutsman of Moreno Valley and Martha Jane Lehr of Florence Ore; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Private family services will be held at the Ted Mayr Funeral Home in Ventura with private inurnment at the Los Angeles National Cemetery. on February 7, 1999.7

Richardson, 71, of 3281 Clevland Ave, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Woodland Hills Church of Christ with burial at Laurel Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Mr. Richardson died Friday at his home of a heart attack. He was born in Morehead, Ky., and had lived in Des Moines for 12 years. He served as minister in the Church of Christ for 48 years with congregations in Brooklyn, Keota, Murray, Eldora and Rising and Rising Sun. He has last served as minister of Woodland Hill Church of Christ before retiring two years ago. He attended Johnson Bible College in Kimberlin Heights, Tenn., and graduated from Cincinnati Bible Seminary in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was ordained May 26, 1924. He also was a member of the Eastside Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife, Bertha; a daughter, Mrs. Joyce Beaman and a son, F. Keith Richardson, both of Des Moines; four sisters, Mrs. Madonna Miller of Fort Cloud, Fla., Mrs. Juanita Dion of Palpano Beach, Fla., Mrs. Alta McLain of Equality, Ill., and Mrs. Evelyn Willoby of Glendale, Calif; a brother, Carl Richardson of Norwalk, Calif; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. on February 4, 1973.4
