Burial will be in Brownsville Heights Cemetery. on October 26, 1965.2

She had been in failing health and had undergone surgery three times in the past year. Mrs. Dewease was admitted to the Waynesboro Hospital last Thursday after suffering a stroke and transferred to Hagerstown Hospital yesterday. She was born at Waynesboro R.D. 1, Sept. 10, 1926, daughter of the late Maurice and Emma Fitz Marshall. Her early life was lived in Quincy Township. Mr. and Mrs. Dewease made their home at Fairfield following their marriage . After Mr. Dewease's death in April, 1957, she and her family lived at Pen Mar before coming to Waynesboro two years ago. For the past three years, Mrs. Dewease was employed in the Waynesboro Hospital laundry. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church , Rouzerville. Mrs. Dewease is survived by four daughters; Mrs. Paul Biddle, Hornell, N. Y., Mrs. Paul R. Burtman Jr., Waynesboro, Miss Patricia Dewease and Miss Diana Kay Dewease, both at home. Also surviving are four grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Clayton Chamberlin, Waynesboro R D 1, and a brother, Junior Marshall, Quincy. Burial will be made in Mt. Zion Cemetery. on November 11, 1969.2 She died on November 11, 1969 at Hagerstown, Washington Co., Maryland, at age 43.2

In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Bonnie M. Yoder of Chambersburg; seven sons, John M. Cordell, Larry J. Cordell, Garry R. Cordell and James A. Cordell all of Greencastle, Stephen M. Cordell of Hagerstown, Timothy E. Cordell of Chambersburg and Daniel L. Cordell of Waynesboro; 12 grandsons, and one sister Mrs. Frances D. Norman of North Carolina and several nieces and nephews. Burial will be in Parklawns Memorial Gardens, Chambersburg. on February 4, 1991.3

Boschert; son, Richard E. Dewease; granddaughter, Jennifer Millhouse; two great-grandsons; sister, Rosalie Forrest; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Miller; stepsisters, Lillian Pryor, Pauline Lowe and Gladys Biglow; and stepbrother, Fred Miller. Burial will be in Ringgold Cemetery. on June 22, 2018.1

Mr. Meador graduated from National Business College in Martinsville, VA with a degree in Accounting, and he attended Milligan College and Patrick Henry Community College. He served briefly in the Navy and sang in its official chorus, the Blue Jays. He worked for the Mayflower Moving Company in Blacksburg, VA for 20 years until retiring to Moneta, VA in 2002. Many of his favorite times were spent in fellowship with his friends at the Moose Lodge and the Eagles Lodge. on December 10, 2014.4
