     Debra Ann "Debbie" Carson Debra "Debbie" Ann Akers, 68, passed away Friday, November 26, 2021 in Wichita Falls. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home. Debbie was born June 16, 1953, to Carl Eugene and Erma Lee (Beaty) Carson. She married David Akers November 15, 1991 in Graham and he preceded her in death December 19, 2018. Debbie was a nurse for over 30 years, and spent her entire career taking care of the elderly. She was absolutely over the top at Christmas time, with all her decorations and the multitude of gifts for her grandchildren. By far, her favorite loves in life were her children and her grandchildren. Survivors include: son, Danny Huckobey of Graham; mother, Erma Beckham and husband James of Graham; brother, Doyle Carson and wife, Victoria of Graham; ten grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her father, Carl Carson, husband, Johnny Huckobey, daughters, Kelli Huckobey and Staci Huckobey and son, Scott Elliott.⁴ She was buried at Pioneer Cemetery, 1000 4th Street, Graham, Young Co., Texas.⁴ She was born on June 16, 1953.⁴ As of November 15, 1991,her married name was Akers.² She married David J. Akers, son of Billy Fred Akers and Georgia Joyce Harrison, on November 15, 1991 at Graham, Young Co., Texas.^2,3,4 Debra Ann "Debbie" Carson died on November 26, 2021 at Wichita Falls, Wichita Co., Texas, at age 68.⁴

     Her Social Security Number was 579-36-1993.⁴ Emmaline Edna Dillard was buried at Sherwood Burial Park, 1045 Lynchburg Turnpike, Salem, Roanoke Co., Virginia.¹ She was born on April 1, 1928 at Roanoke Co., Virginia.^4,3,5 As of February 19, 1949,her married name was Duncan.³ She married Ural Lewis Duncan, son of Lewis Madison Duncan and Minnie Jane Manning, on February 19, 1949 at Pulaski Co., Virginia.^1,2,6,3,7 Emmaline Edna Dillard died on June 8, 2008 at Roanoke, Virginia, at age 80.^1,4,6 She Emmaline Edna Duncan, 80, of Salem, passed away Sunday, June 8, 2008. She was a life long resident of Salem. She was retired from Tom's Foods and K & W Cafeteria. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ural L. Duncan. She is survived by a son, J. Steven Duncan, of Salem; a daughter and son-in-law, Tamara J. and Greg Speight, of Salem; grandchildren, Stephanie Smith and husband, Chris, Travis Duncan, Spenser Duncan, Matthew Duncan, Tanner Speight, Hannah Speight and Emma Speight; greatgrandchildren, Madison Duncan; brothers-in-law and wives, Jim and Avalea Duncan, of Salem, Buck and Wanda Duncan, of Salem; and sister-in-law, and husband, Geneva and Warren Blosser, of New Castle, Va. Interment will be in Sherwood Memorial Park. on June 9, 2008.¹

     Tamara Jane Duncan Tamara Duncan Speight, 47, passed away on Tuesday, November 29th, 2016. Born December 20, 1968 to Ural and Emmaline Duncan in Salem, Va. She was preceded in death by her father, Ural Duncan and mother, Emmaline Duncan.She is survived by her sons, Spenser Duncan and wife, Katie Duncan, Matthew Duncan, and Tanner Speight; daughters, Hannah Speight and Emma Speight; granddaughters, Madison Duncan, Raegan Duncan, and Kennedy Duncan; brother, Steve Duncan.Tammy was a beloved mother and friend who served many years with the Fort Lewis rescue squad and was considered family at the Emmaus Road Community Church. She was a kind and loving spirit who touched many lives and she will truly be missed.⁶ She was born on December 20, 1968 at Roanoke, Virginia.^5,6 As of November 14, 1998,her married name was Speight.³ She married Milton Gregory "Greg" Speight Jr. on November 14, 1998 at Roanoke, Virginia.^1,3 Tamara Jane Duncan and Milton Gregory "Greg" Speight Jr. were divorced on May 9, 2012 at Roanoke, Virginia.⁴ Tamara Jane Duncan died on November 29, 2016 at Virginia at age 47.⁶

     Avalee Freida Mills was buried at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, 5737 Airport Road NW, Roanoke, Virginia.^3,7 She was born on April 25, 1927 at Shawsville, Montgomery Co., Virginia.^3,8 As of June 6, 1947,her married name was Duncan.¹ She married James Thomas "Jim" Duncan, son of Lewis Madison Duncan and Minnie Jane Manning, on June 6, 1947 at Roanoke Co., Virginia.^6,9,3,1,10,4 Avalee Freida Mills died on September 4, 2014 at Virginia at age 87.³ She Avalee Mills Duncan, 87, of Salem went to be with the Lord on September 4, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Brainard Mills and Rosa Mills Wheeling; five brothers, Mike, Ike, Howard, Dick and Bud; and a very special aunt, Rushia "Lilo" Brown. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, James T. Duncan; her daughters and their husbands, Martha and Ricky Ellis, Nancy and Everett "Tubby" Feazell, Cindy and Eddy Jones; and grandchildren, Lauren Ellis McGuire and husband Matt, Tyler Ellis, Kevin Jones and Sarah Jones. Also surviving are sisters-in-law, Millie Mills, Wanda Duncan, and Geneva and husband Warren Blosser. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, and special family friend Sarah Milliron. She was born in Shawsville, Virginia on April 25, 1927. She lived in the Wabun community most of her life. She was a faithful member of Green Hill Church of the Brethren and The Mamie Kinzie Women's Fellowship. She also spent many years serving others through the Wabun Social Service Club. Avalee was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She always met you with a smile, and chose to see the best in everyone. She was admired for her positive attitude, strong will, and selflessness. Interment will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. on September 6, 2014.³

     Orlo Warren Blosser Jr. was buried at Sherwood Burial Park, 1045 Lynchburg Turnpike, Salem, Roanoke Co., Virginia.^3,4 He was born on November 26, 1930 at Tacoma Park, Montgomery Co., Maryland.^2,3,4 He married Geneva Ella Duncan, daughter of Lewis Madison Duncan and Minnie Jane Manning, on May 28, 1952 at Roanoke Co., Virginia.^1,2,6,3,5 Orlo Warren Blosser Jr. died on August 28, 2016 at Salem, Roanoke Co., Virginia, at age 85.^3,4 He Orlo Warren Blosser, Jr. of Salem, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 28, 2016 at the age of 85. He formerly resided in Craig County for 33 years. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sandra Blosser, 27 years ago this month; his parents, Orlo and Margaret Blosser; his brother, Alan Blosser. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 64 years, Geneva Duncan Blosser; brother, Clyde Blosser; sister, Barbara McDaniel; many nieces and nephews. Warren was born on November 26, 1930 in Tacoma Park, Md. He was a graduate of Andrew Lewis High School and he attended Bridgewater College, Virginia Tech, and Roanoke College. He served his country during the Korean War from 1952 to 1953. He retired from Mick or Mack Stores Company after 32 years of service. He enjoyed reading, golf, gardening, and hunting throughout the years. Burial following at Sherwood Memorial Park. on August 30, 2016.³
