He was preceded in death by two sisters, four brothers and a grandson. Mr. Barnett was a graduate of Indianapolis High School and was a custodian and bus driver for Urbana School District for 28 years. He served in the Army Air Forces during World War II.      Virginia Margaretta Barnett Virginia M. Cobb 86 of Zionsville died March 28, 2008. The daughter of the late William and Martha Stout Barnett, Virginia was born in Putnam County, Indiana on October 17, 1921. She attended Washington High School. On December 9, 1939 Virginia married William Earl Cobb, her husband of 45 years. Before retiring in 1983, Virginia worked for many years for Ertel Manufacturing, where she was employed as a stamper. She loved playing cards and games with her family, cooking, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Easter was her favorite holiday. Mrs. Cobb was a long-time member of Wesley United Methodist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Shirley Ann Ludlow, and granddaughters Dawn Lantz (husband Lance), Stacey Spees (husband Tim), and Paige BeMiller (husband Chad), as well as great-grandchildren Sydney Rivera, Joseph and Samuel Spees, Hunter and Saige Lantz, and Syler and Xavier BeMiller. Her sisters Marie Rich and Anna Spears also survive. Virginia was preceded in death by her husband William; their son, William Earl Cobb, Jr. (Billy), great-granddaughter Josephine Taylor Spees, three brothers, and two sisters.
