Born in Bolin, WV, in Fayette County (which is no longer a town), she was the daughter of the late Henry S. and Rhoda Arvella Epperly Gill. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her nephew Mathew Miller. Survivors include two brothers, Douglas (Doris) Gill of Anna, Ohio, and Gary Dale (Jean) Gill of Lexington, Va; two sisters, June Gill Burnham of Alameda, Calif., and Joan Gill Miller of Jane Lew, and 15 nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 25, 2014, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Home with the Elder Paul Stepp officiating. Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral Home. Arrangements are in the care of Blue Ridge Funeral Home, 5251 Robert C. Byrd Drive, Beckley, WV 25801. on June 24, 2014.4

Service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill, with the Rev. BillyReed Wickline and the Rev. Dan Young officiating. Burial will be in Wriston Cemetery, Scarbro. on November 13, 1994.6
