Johnson of Falling Waters, West Virginia, William M. Hornbarger of Maugansville, Maryland, and Douglas Hornbarger of Hagerstown; one sister, Ruth A. Davis of Nashville, Tennessee; one brother, Clyde R. Hose of Hagerstown; six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two grandsons; two sisters, Carrie Harman and Jane Cannon; and three brothers, George Hose, John Hose and Charles Hose. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. There will be no viewing. Family requests omission of flowers.
