     Dolly Jean Leppo was born on November 7, 1923 at Greenmount, Carroll Co., Maryland.2 As of circa 1951,her married name was Poff.1 She married Clayton Wilbur Poff, son of Posey G. Poff and Peginora Era "Pegie" Puckett, circa 1951.1,2 Dolly Jean Leppo died on June 10, 2023 at Maryland at age 99.2 She Dolly Jean Leppo Poff, 93, of Hampstead, Maryland, passed peacefully on Saturday, June 10, 2023, surrounded by family. Born November 7, 1929, in Greenmount, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Howell Leppo and the late Elizabeth Mancha Leppo. She was predeceased by her husband Clayton "CW" Wilbur Poff, on August 29, 2020. They were married for 69 years. Dolly grew up working on her family's farm in Greenmount, Maryland. She was a graduate of the Hampstead School Class of 1946. After graduation she worked at Maryland Casualty and another financial institution in Baltimore, Maryland. Dolly and her husband were dairy farmers in Hampstead, Maryland. They raised Black Angus Beef cattle and Holstein dairy cows. Her cooking and baking skills were well known – especially her hand-made pies. She was also a member of the Greenmount United Methodist Church in Hampstead, Maryland and at the time of her death the longest serving member. Most notably she was an amazing wife, great mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Family was very important to her. She always enjoyed getting together during holidays and having crabs in the summer with her family. She was well respected in the community and a member of the Maryland Farm Bureau. She is survived by her children: Ronald Clay Poff and wife Carolyn, Faye Ann Niner and Lou Anne Poff all of Hampstead, Maryland. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 step grandchildren along with numerous great-grandchildren. In addition to being predeceased by her husband, Clayton Poff, she was also predeceased by her sisters Ruby Bull, Pearl Leppo, Esther Kopp; step-brother Raymond Leppo and step-sister Evelyn Masimore; and her son-in-law Robert L. Niner. on June 13, 2023.2

     Robert Lee Niner was born on May 20, 1952 at Baltimore, Maryland.2,3 He married Faye Ann Poff, daughter of Clayton Wilbur Poff and Dolly Jean Leppo, in 1977.1,2 Robert Lee Niner died on March 9, 2015 at Cameron, Madison Co., Montana, at age 62.2,3 He Robert Lee Niner passed away on Monday, March 9, 2015, at the age of 62. He was born May 20, 1952, and lived in Westminster, Maryland with his father, William Joseph Niner, and his step-mother, Mary Elizabeth Niner (both pre-deceased Robert). He graduated from Westminster High School in 1970 and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. He served his country from 1970 to 1974. He served in Vietnam and earned the rank of Sergeant. He was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, Rifle Marksman Badge, Vietnam Service Medal, and the National Defense Service Medal. He started in the 3rd Marine Division as a Heavy Equipment Operator and then was transferred to the 1st Marine Division as a Heavy Equipment Operator. In 1977, he married FayeAnn Poff of Hampstead, Maryland. They had 4 sons: William Clayton Niner, Robert Joseph Niner, Benjamin Joshua Niner, and Buddy Lee Niner. He had 6 grandchildren. In 2007, he and his wife moved to Cameron, Montana. Prior to the move he worked for Miles Electric in Baltimore, Maryland. Upon arriving in Montana he worked for True Value in Ennis, Montana. He loved spending time with his grandchildren. He loved to fish and watch the wildlife in Montana, but more than anything he loved spending time talking with and helping people. He never met a stranger. He will be greatly missed by all. Memorial services will be announced to friends and family. on March 13, 2015.2
