Woodard is survived by his three sons, Dale Cooper of Indianapolis, Darryl Cooper of New Palestine, and Doug Cooper of Indianapolis; two daughters, Debra Bueno and Donna Smith both of Indianapolis; brothers, Robert Cooper of Greenfield, Norman Cooper and Thomas Cooper both of Bowling Green, Ky; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther B. and Louisa R. (Mills) Cooper. A funeral service will take place immediately following the visitation at 3 p.m. Pastor Mark Watkins will be officiating.
