Neely of Kellysville, will be conducted Friday and burial will follow in Neely Cemetery, Rt. 4, Princeton. He was a member of Glen Lyn Christian Church and was a senior at Oakdale High School. He was killed in a highway accident near Kellysville Tuesday night. Survivors, in addition to his parents, include one sister, Marie Neely, and three brothers, Bobbie, Jimmie and Marvin Neely Jr., all of the home; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Neely of Rt. 4, Princeton; maternal grandmother Mrs. Ella Mae Rose of Peterstown. on February 2, 1967.4

He was a former employee for OH-9 Ambulance, Princeton Rescue Squad, ABB in Bland, VA and Volvo White in Christiansburg, VA. In addition to his mother Nancy, he his survived by his loving companion Peggy Fletcher; his son, Joshua Bolin and his family; Two siblings, Timothy Bolin and his wife Shelia and Terry Lee Bolin Robertson.2 He was born on December 15, 1957 at West Virginia.1,2 He married Ella Marie Neely, daughter of Marvin Edwin Neely and Effie Joann Rose, on September 18, 1976 at Giles Co., Virginia.1 Manuel Frederick Bolin Jr. died on February 9, 2018 at Richlands, Tazewell Co., Virginia, at age 60.2
