Dale was born in Marion, IN on May 17, 1938, son of the late Paul R.Soultz and the late Edna E. (Ault) Soultz. Dale was a retired Ironworker with Local 147 in Ft. Wayne, IN. For a short time, he was the owner and operator of "Dale's Pool Hall" on Main Street in Jonesboro. He served on the Jonesboro Fire Department. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army as a Green Beret in the 10th Special Forces. He enjoyed playing poker, especially in family games. He attended Main Street Wesleyan Church. Randall graduated from Mississinewa High School and worked as an Electrical Engineer at Jennerjahn Machines. He enjoyed karaoke, was an avid Indianapolis Colts fan, and had a knack for working with computers, electronics, and anything electrical. Randall loved cooking burgers, making jerky, and hosting cookouts. He was known for his wonderful sense of humor and will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his daughter, Chenoa Soultz of Jonesboro; sons, Michael P. Soultz of Marion, and Randy D.
