Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, he was the son of the late Candy and Nannie Frances Horn Fox. He was in the National Guard. Michael retired from CSX Railroad. He is survived by his wife, Wendy Fox; two sisters, Nancy McMaine and Gina Flores (Carlos); four brothers, Stanley Fox (Opal), Darrell Caudill (Dana), Michael Fox (Staci) and Howard Lovelady (Julie); and a host of loving nieces and nephews.² He was born on April 21, 1951 at Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio.^1,2 He married Mabel Victoria "Vicki" Sparks, daughter of William Lavon Sparks and Colleen Dunsil, on December 29, 1978 at Jellico, Campbell Co., Tennessee.¹ Michael Ray Fox died on July 8, 2021 at Irvine, Estill Co., Kentucky, at age 70.²

Mrs. Cox was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She enjoyed crafts and reading and writing poetry. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Leonard, 2 children, Debra L. Cox and her companion, David Stephenson and his son, Daniel of Newark, and Timothy W. Cox and his wife, Michele and granddaughter, Brandy Cox of Newark; sister, Patricia Kohan and her husband, John of Newark; sister-in-law, Beverly Zeiders of Elkton, MD; 3 nieces; and 3 nephews. She was preceded in death by parents, Ottie and Hazel (Smith) Salts; and her brother, William Salts. Interment will follow in Gracelawn Memorial Park. on March 15, 2002.³

Born March 12, 1954, in Fort Pierce, Fla., he was the son of the late William and Cathleen Richards Piechowski. Mr. Piechowski was a peacetime veteran and owner and operator of Triple A Builders in Beaver. Survivors include his wife, Brenda Lilly Piechowski; a stepson, Charles (Mikey) Stanley at home; a stepdaughter, Lora Stanley at home; a brother, Ned Piechowski of Newark; two sisters, Carolynn Belile of Newport, Del., and Judith Jennings of Newcastle, Del; two nephews; seven nieces; three grandnieces; and one grandnephew. Burial will be in the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens at Prosperity. Pallbearers will be Richard Belile, David and Donnie Plumley, Tim Stanley and Eddie and Micheal Lilly. on November 26, 1987.³
