     Madeline Frances Flinchum Madeline Frances Flinchum, February 20, 1959 - July 30, 2017. Madeline Frances Flinchum, 58, of Christiansburg, entered her heavenly home on Sunday, July 30, 2017 at her sister’s home in Pulaski. She was a former employee of Federal Mogul. She was preceded in death by her father, Sherman Basil Flinchum. Survivors include her mother, Helen Mary Frances Grubb Flinchum of Radford; beloved son, Dustin Flinchum of Christiansburg; sisters and brothers-in-law, Lisa and Mike Keen of Riner and Vangie and Delbert McDaniel of Pulaski; and many other relatives and friends. Interment will follow in the Snowville Baptist Church Cemetery.³ She was buried at Snowville Baptist Church Cemetery, Snowville, Pulaski Co., Virginia.^2,3 She was born on February 20, 1959 at Montgomery Co., Virginia.^1,2,3,4 As of July 28, 2001,her married name was Hill.¹ She married Paul David Hill, son of Everett Caleb Hill Jr. and Opalene Mary Thomas, on July 28, 2001 at Floyd Co., Virginia.¹ Madeline Frances Flinchum died on July 30, 2017 at Pulaski, Pulaski Co., Virginia, at age 58.^2,3

     David Hoback was born circa 1798 at Virginia.² He married Sophia Conner, daughter of Andrew Conner and Elizabeth "Priscilla" Aldridge, on October 25, 1826 at Montgomery Co., Virginia.^1,4 David Hoback married Mary Ann Moore on December 10, 1829 at Montgomery Co., Virginia.⁴ David Hoback left a will in 1839; Sophia probably died before Andrew Conner's will was written in 1839. In his will, Andrew left $1 to David Hoback and $30 to Nancy Ann Hoback. This leads one to conclude that Nancy was probably the daughter of David and Sophia.

     Nancy Ann Hoback was born circa 1829 at Virginia.² She died before 1870 at Floyd Co., Virginia; Nancy was not enumerated in the 1870 Census and her children were living with various other families.³
