He married Ruby Agnes Young on Aug. 9, 1934. She died Oct. 26, 1991. He enjoyed treasure hunting and driving around the countryside. He lived at home and was able to drive until the time of his death. He is survived by his son Leon Cole and wife Juanita of Hollis; two grandsons, Lyndell and wife Sheila of Hollis, and Lance and wife Liz of Minot, ND; four granddaughters, Lana Smith and husband Kevin of Tulsa, Lisha Strickland and husband Dale of Mustang, Lori Edmonds and husband Mike of Gould and Lesly Wells and husband Rob of Eldorado; ten great-grandchildren, Blake and Bradley Schmidt and Kevin Smith of Tulsa, Justin and Tanner Cole of Hollis, Shanna Smith of Hollis, Carl and Mary Strickland, Bethany and Braden Edmonds. He was preceded in death by his father William Robert Cole in 1953, mother Cynthia Salina Cole in 1947, wife Ruby, one brother and two sisters.3 He was born on July 25, 1910 at Arlie, Childress Co., Texas.7,3,4 He married Ruby Agnes Young on August 9, 1934 at Hollis, Harmon Co., Oklahoma.2,3,4 Arlie Otis Cole died on September 15, 2002 at Hollis, Harmon Co., Oklahoma, at age 92.7,3,4
