He was also a member of Masonic Lodge 153, York Rite Bodies, Beni Kedem Shrine and the American Legion, Dunbar and a 50-year member of the United Commercial Travelers. Mr. Woods was an Army veteran of World War II, having served in the European Theater. He attended First Church United Methodist, Dunbar. Surviving are his sister, Velma W. Maxey of Princeton; brothers, Donald L. Woods of Beckley and Gene Woods of Princeton; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 19, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with Pastor John A. Mason officiating. Burial will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Princeton. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Church United Methodist, 1401 Myers Ave., Dunbar, WV 25064.
