Carmel East Hospital. He was a decorated United States Army veteran of the Korean War and was the retired Deputy Director of Vocational Rehabilitation for the State of Illinois. He is preceded in death by his parents Ash and Amelia Toliver, brothers Ash and Amos Toliver and son-in-law Bruce Krafft. He is survived by his wife, Libby; sons and daughters, Lydia Fischer, Mary Krafft, Bob Toliver and Tony (Theresa) Skube; daughter-in-law, Dayna Toliver; sons-in-law, Bones Fischer and Donald Skube; 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brothers, Mack, Bob, Bill and John Toliver; sisters, Brownie Mosher, Tony Sturman and Marlene Lily. He was the best damn father and grandfahter ever. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 24, 1999 at 2 p.m. at the Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 East Main St., Reynoldsburg. on April 22, 1999.4
