     James Albert Clark James Albert Clark, son of James Andrew and Nellie Claudine (O’Dell) Clark, was born December 28, 1939, in Creston, Iowa. He departed this life Thursday, April 20, 2017, in Mercy Hospital, in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of seventy-seven years, three months, and twenty-two days. He was preceded in death by his parents; the mother of his daughters, Sonja Clark; a daughter, Addie June Clark; and his faithful companion of many years, Maxine Robertson. James is survived by three daughters, Hope Borquez, and her husband, Art, of Mesa, Arizona, Tammi Kay Harris, and her husband, James, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Elizabeth Kline, and her husband, Steven, of Chicago, Illinois; a step-daughter, Tina Gideon, and her husband, David, of Nixa, Missouri; a step-son, Kelly Secrest, and his wife, Briana, of Branson, Missouri; sixteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three sisters, Camille Ladd, and her husband, Floyd, of Clancey, Montana, Sue Andersen, and her husband, Craig, of Branson, Missouri, and Martha Beaugard, of Springfield, Missouri; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. He was born and raised in Creston, Iowa, and graduated from Creston High School in the Class of 1959. He worked for two years in the wheat harvest in Canada and the Western United States. He joined the military as a young man and served his country faithfully in the United States Air Force from January 26, 1960 until January 24, 1964, and was an electronics specialist. He worked in the development of the F-105 Spit Fire. After being honorably discharged, James made his home in Nevada where he worked on nuclear test ranges. He then moved to Montana and Idaho before making his home in Missouri for the last thirty years. He had worked in telecommunications for most of his life, and operated his own business for several years. James had made his profession of belief in Christ and followed the Baptist faith throughout the years. He was a proud member of the National Rifle Association. He was multi-talented and did chainsaw art and carvings. He played the guitar, banjo and the piano. He also enjoyed building model cars. He liked being outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing. James was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and was a caring neighbor and friend. She enjoyed being with her family and was an expert in crafts, cake decorating, cooking, sewing and coordinating the family holiday events. She was of the Baptist faith. Gilmore Jr. of Orofino; her maternal grandmother, Ernestine Estrada of Tempe, Ariz; her maternal grandfather, Warren Smith of Pahrump, Nev; her maternal great-grandmother, Elsie Conner of Phoenix, Ariz; and her paternal grandmother, Claudia Clark of Branson, Mo. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Orofino. on December 28, 1993.²

     George Edward "Ed" Altizer was buried at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, 5737 Airport Road NW, Roanoke, Virginia.^4,5 He was born on January 28, 1922 at Floyd Co., Virginia.³ He married Ruth Adeline Conner, daughter of Baley Lumper Crinshaw "Baldi" Conner and Cammie Ida Puckett, on October 4, 1941 at Roanoke Co., Virginia.^1,2 George Edward "Ed" Altizer died on May 16, 2019 at Virginia at age 97.⁴ He George Edward (Ed) Altizer, 97, of Roanoke, Va., went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 16, 2019. He served in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II. Ed was employed at the Kroger Distribution Center for over 30 years. He was preceded in death by his wife of 74 years, Ruth Altizer; daughters, Betty Anne Anderson and Linda Sue Naff; and granddaughter, Lisa Naff. Surviving are four granddaughters, Robin Redwine (James), Dawn Swain, Nicole Cunningham-Taylor (Jeriwon), and Ruthy Jennings (Shawn); two great-grandsons, Xavier and Devin Swain; great-granddaughter, Kierstin A. Cunningham; brother-in-law, Roger Leonard (Eunice McGuire); and his faithful companion, "Pusskat." Interment will be held in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. on May 18, 2019.⁴

Ronnie graduated from Franklin County High School and then served in the United States Army. He later worked for Norfolk Southern where he retired in 2001. He lived life vicariously through attending many fiddler's conventions and loved bluegrass music. Ronnie also enjoyed watching NASCAR and was an auto enthusiastic. The last seven years of his life was spent with his beloved wife, "Tammette," and their dog, Littles." He is survived by his wife, Tammy Lynn Naff, of Roanoke; daughter, Robin Suzette Naff Long, of Roanoke; daughter, Lisa Kaye Naff, of Roanoke; step daughters, Brittany Ann O'Brien, of Pennsylvania, Amber Lynn O'Brien, of Roanoke, Kathleen Marie O'Brien, of Pennsylvania, and Jessica Lee O'Brien, of Pennsylvania; and mother- in-law, Kathryn Foreacre, of Pennsylvania. Ronnie will be greatly missed by family and friends. Burial will be held at Mountain View Memorial Park in Franklin County. on March 22, 2012.⁴

     Lisa Kaye Naff Lisa Kaye Naff, 51 of Roanoke departed this life on April 9, 2018. She was born February 22, 1967 in Roanoke, Virginia to the late James Ronald Naff and Linda Sue Altizer Naff. She was also preceded in death by her grandmother, Ruth Adeline Altizer. Lisa was employed with Hollins Expo for many years. She was one who loved life. She often made the statement “I will never grow up”. She enjoyed having fun. She was a very strong will person but one who never met a stranger and if you met her you would never forget her. She enjoyed working in the garden planting flowers. She enjoyed the water; pools, swimming and going to the beach. She would sometimes be seen watching her favorite show, “Say Yes to the Dress”. Lisa also enjoyed riding her bicycle with friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Those left to cherish her memory include her sister, Robin Long, grandfather, George Edward Altizer, devoted companion, Jim Nichols and Jim’s parents, Bill and Pat Nichols, her furry friends, Ellie Mae, Gigi and Bootsie.³ She was born on February 22, 1967 at Roanoke, Virginia.^2,3 She died on April 9, 2018 at Virginia at age 51.³
