Hinchee Jr. and was also preceded in death by her father, Roscoe Hale; mother, Uray Hale; and brother, Wayne Hale. Our Mom felt very blessed to have such a dedicated and loving family and we felt very fortunate to have her unconditional love and devotion. She was known as Mamaw to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Eugene and Joyce Aldridge, Rocky Mount; daughters and son-in-law, Linda and Buddy Haney, Riner, Edna Perdue, Check; grandchildren, Jonathan Aldridge, D.W. Aldridge, Annette Aldridge, Wesley Perdue, Bobby Perdue, Sandra Perdue, Nancy McCormick, Chris Haney, Alex Haney; seven greatgrandchildren; brothers-in-law, Willie Aldridge and wife Eva, Bure Aldridge and wife Virginia; sisters-in-law, Gladys Perdue, Versie Hall, Ruth Conner. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, November 3, 2006 at Salem Church (Head of the River), Check, with Elder W.T. Conner and Elder Junior Conner officiating. Interment will follow at Restvale Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Maberry Funeral Home, Floyd. on November 2, 2006.⁴
