     Alvis McDonald Tolliver was buried at Palm Memorial Gardens, 9051 Appalachian Highway, Matheny, Wyoming Co., West Virginia.^1,2 He Alvis McDonald Tolliver, 69, of Bud Mountain, passed away Thursday, Dec. 26, 2006, in Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley, following a short illness. Born March 27, 1937, in Wyoming County, he was the son of the late Rev. Calloway Tolliver and Ada "Adie" M. Cozort-Tolliver. Mr. Tolliver attended Mullens Church of God. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and digging root. He loved being with family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two wives, Jill Raye-Tolliver and Alta "Fern" Tolliver; and his siblings, Isaac "Ike" Tolliver, Sadie May Tolliver-McComas-Ellison, Grace "Gracie" Madeline Tolliver-McComas, Hiram Tolliver, Jess Tolliver, James Tolliver, and Mazie Ellen Tolliver-Church. He was married to Barbara Church-Tolliver on March 6, 1957 in Iaeger, Wyoming County, WV. That marriage ended in divorce. He also married Martha Robinson-Tolliver on March 23, 1963 in Pineville, Wyoming County, WV. Survivors include a son, Alvis F. Tolliver of Florida; a daughter, Lovealea Ada Ellen Tolliver-Horvath and her husband Kenneth Horvath, of Bud Mountain; four stepsons, George Weaver and his wife, Evonne Weaver of Bud Mountain, Curtis Weaver and his wife Kathy Weaver of Mullens, Randy Weaver and his wife Patty Weaver of Bud, and D.J. Tolliver of Pineville; two stepdaughters, Barbara Weaver-Lane and her husband Mart Lane of Bud Mountain and Sharon Weaver-Sims and her husband Anthony Sims of SC; three brothers, Okey A. Tolliver of Pineville, Raymond Oliver Tolliver of KY and Dale Tolliver of IL; two sisters, Francis Margaret Tolliver-Adkins-Sims of Keyrock and Sylvia Lou Tolliver-Billings of Turkey Dip; his companion, Mamie Weaver, of Bud Mountain; and four grandchildren.      Margaret Leigh Raines was buried at North Fork Baptist Church Cemetery, Ellett, Montgomery Co., Virginia.^2,5 Her Social Security Number was 229-72-5777.³ She was born on December 3, 1947 at Christiansburg, Montgomery Co., Virginia.^1,3,4 As of August 23, 1976,her married name was DeWeese.¹ She married Roger Dale DeWeese Sr., son of Laymond Hampton "Laymon" DeWeese and Mavis Ilene Collins, on August 23, 1976 at Montgomery Co., Virginia.^1,2 Margaret Leigh Raines died on April 18, 2006 at Elliston, Montgomery Co., Virginia, at age 58.^2,3,6,7 She Margaret Leigh Deweese, 58, of Elliston, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2006 at her home. She was the daughter to the late John and Edna Raines. Also preceding her in death was her brother, James Irvin Raines. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Roger Deweese, Sr; daughter, Alisa Deweese; son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Rebecca Yopp; stepsons, Roger Dale Deweese, Jr. and wife, Susan, Christopher Deweese and wife, Carolyn; eight grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, John and Linda Raines; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Nancy and Glenn Walters, Susie and Richard OMara; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Thomas and Judy Deweese, Mike and Karen Deweese, Wayne and Carolyn Deweese; five nieces, five nephews, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Laymond and Mavis Deweese.      Her married name was Schweigert.¹ Violet L. Collins married Daniel Schweigert.¹ Violet L. Collins was born on July 17, 1930 at West Virginia.¹ She died on February 2, 2010 at Oregon at age 79.¹ She Violet L. Schweigert, July 17, 1930 - Feb. 2, 2010, 79, of Wallowa died at the Wallowa Valley Care Center. She was born to Roy S. and Elsie E. Worley Collins in Lester, West Virginia. She worked in the telephone office as an operator for 20 years until it was closed. She later became a caregiver. She volunteered many hours for the Wallowa County Fair and was homemaker of the year several times. She was a member of the Rebecca Lodge for over 50 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Schweigert, who died Nov. 25, 2003. She is survived by her sisters, Ella Graham of Ohi, Calif., Jessie Curtis of Wallowa, Betty Fuller of La Grande, and Bess Timm; her brother, Levi Collins of Enterprise; stepson Danny of Jordon Valley; two grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. At her request there was no public service. on February 25, 2010.¹

     Daniel Schweigert married Violet L. Collins, daughter of Roy Sandy Collins and Elsie Elizabeth Worley.¹ Daniel Schweigert died on November 25, 2003.¹
