Bolt of Hinton and Eugene Bolt of Sprague; two sisters, Christine Bennett of Kimbolten, Ohio, Geraldine Ingram of Crab Orchard; five brothers, Ralph Bolt of Lester, David Bolt of La., Robert Bolt of Pomeroy, Ohio, Carl Bolt of Cleveland, Ohio and John Bolt of Penn. and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Beckley. on May 15, 1994.8

She was 103 years old and the last surviving member of her family. She was born September 8, 1910, at McVey, near Sullivan, W.Va. Her parents were Andrew Jackson McVey and Willie Terry McVey. Mrs. Lusk was a lifelong resident of Pemberton, W.Va. She was a homemaker, loved to grow flowers, and a member of the Wednesday Morning Mothers Bowling League. She liked to travel and spend time with her children and grandchildren. She was a Christian and a member of the Old Pemberton Community Church which now sits at New River Park. She was preceded in death by her husband Curtis "Broad" Lusk; daughter and son-in-law, Dorla and Lee Whittaker of Beckley; sister, Thelma McVey of Pemberton; brothers, Paul McVey, Remus and wife Vicie McVey, Richard McVey, all of Pemberton, Dempsey and wife Margaret McVey of Sunnymead, Calif., and Harold "Tag" and wife Betty of Mantua, Ohio; and one great-great-grandson, Robert Milam of Crab Orchard, W.Va. Those left to cherish her memory are sons Alvin "Bud" and wife Pat of Bedford, Ohio, Jack and wife Judy Lusk of Coal City Road with whom she made her home; daughter, Sandy and husband Larry Trump of Beckley; grandchildren, Pam and husband Gary Nichols, Cool Ridge, W.Va., Loma and Mickey Cooper, Crab Orchard, Dr. Jeff and wife Tammy Trump, S. Charleston, W.Va., Michael and wife Nele Lusk, Nashville, Tenn., Deana Montisano, Cincinnati, Ohio, Dennis Berry and companion Diane Avery, Macedonia, Ohio; great-grandchildren, Sterling "Dusty" and wife Kim Lewis, Shady Spring, Courtney and husband Wayne Marshall, Lake Norman, N.C., Hunter Trump, S. Survivors include his wife, Velva McVey Lusk of Pemberton; two daughters, Dorla Whittaker and Sandra Trump, both of Beckley; sons, Alvin Lusk of Bedford Heights, Ohio and Jack Lusk of Twinsburg, Ohio; two brothers, Woodrow Lusk of Shady Spring and Herbert Lusk of West Point, NY; four grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and three step-great-grandchildren. Burial will be in the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens in Prosperity. Pallbearers will be Dusty Lewis, Jeff Trump, Paris Arnold Lusk, Michael Lusk, Elwood Phipps, Fred Carter and Willard Johnson. on September 2, 1990.5

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Phyllis Terry; two sons, Gary Terry and Brian (Angie) Terry, both of Chapmanville; five grandchildren, Gary Allen Terry, James (Angie) Terry, and Todd, Adam and Aaron Terry, and two great-grandchildren, Chloe and Jamison Terry. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill. Pallbearers will be Adam Terry, Todd Terry, James Terry, Joey Stevens, Troy Blevins Jr. and Frankie McKinney. Honorary pallbearers will be Ronnie Robinette, Michael York, Kenny Hatton and Jonathan York. on June 29, 2013.4
