Jones; and his sister, Gaynelle Kent. Truman is survived by his wife of 53 years, Florence Wagner Jones; daughter and son-in-law, Sarah and William Conner of Roanoke County; son, Randal Nevin Jones of Roanoke County; grandchildren, Travis, Benjamin, and Emily Conner; brother, Jasper B. (J.B.) Jones of Roanoke; brother-in-law, Roy P. Kent of Virginia Beach; sister-in-law, Hazel K. Jones of Roanoke; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Wayne F. and Claudine Wagner of Bedford County; sister-in-law, Helen B. Wagner of Mechanicsville; and several special nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, May 26, 2004 at the Riverland Road Baptist Church with the Rev. Donald W. Summerville officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery with graveside military honors. The family suggests donations be made to the Riverland Road Baptist Church or Good Samaritan Hospice.
