Rosie was a member of the Bethlehem Old Regular Baptist Church in Red Sulphur Springs, WV. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister who loved to quilt and tend to her rose garden. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Burl F. Mills; two brothers; two sisters; and an infant granddaughter. Teresa was a 1977 graduate of Mullens High School and a member of the Welton Bible Chapel in Allen Junction. She was a homemaker, she loved to cook, entertain, taking care of the elderly, she loved kids, and most of all she loved her family. Teresa was well known in the Mullens community for her baking where she won numerous baking competitions at the local Dogwood Festival. Born March 23, 1958, she was the daughter of Verna “Tip” Maxine Hutton-Foley and the late Alonzo B. Foley. In addition to her father, she is also preceded in death by her first husband, David Eugene Hardy I; and her brother, Gary B. Foley. In addition to her mother, those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband, Randy Miller; her son, David "Little David" Eugene Hardy, II & wife, Abby Hardy; her grandchildren, Autumn Hardy, Landon Hardy, and Lainee Hardy; her two sisters, Twyla Foley-Blankenship & companion Mike Rosenbaum, and Tammy Foley-York & husband Brian York; her brother, Scott Foley; her special dog, Buddy; and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside service and entombment will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, November 20, 2020 at Sunset Memorial Park Mausoleum, Beckley with David Ingram and Gary Miller officiating.
