Terry of Lewistown, Pa., Jeffery U. Dykes and Harold G. Dykes, both of Route 2, Ringgold. He was predeceased by a foster son, Richard N. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. on April 6, 1995.8

He was born in Giles County, Va., the son of the late Robert Stowers and Stella Shrader Stowers of Bluefield. He was a veteran of WWII. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, in Bluefield. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Frances H. Stowers; two daughters, Miss Debbie Stowers of Bluefield and Mrs. Raymond C. Sparks, of Flint, Mich; one son, Robert M.
