He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Eloise Willis Green; his mother, Dessie Dickerson of Check; his grandmother, Vinie Sloan of Salem; four daughters, Carolyn Green, Lois Hatcher, Regina Kay Snyder and husband, Barry Snyder, and Robin Starnes and her husband, Bobby, all of Roanoke; two grandchildren, Robert "Junior" Starnes, and Amanda Kay Hatcher; one sister, Gladys Nichols of Callaway; three brothers, Roy Green of Floyd, David Green and James Green, both of Check; numerous nieces and nephews; and a faithful dog, Rocky. Harold will be sadly missed by many. Burial will be at Monte Vista Church of the Brethren Cemetery. on January 27, 2001.2

Sisters, Amanda, Meagan, Brianna, and Savannah; brothers, Kenny, Jr. and Logan; uncles, Darrell (Sharon) Woolridge and David (Sandi) Drewery; aunt Dreama (Billy) McDaniel; cousins, Dustin, Tyler and Trent; also many family and friends.1 He was born on July 7, 1990 at Roanoke, Virginia.2 He died on April 16, 2016 at Roanoke, Virginia, at age 25.1
