She was born on May 18, 1981, in Roanoke, daughter of Johnny "Bodie" Conner, of Roanoke, and Donna C. Conner, of Vinton. She was the beloved wife of Blair "Buzzy" L. Clinebell Jr. and mother to Celeste L. Clinebell and Cameron C. Clinebell. She is also survived by her brother, Clay Conner and his wife, Amanda, of Goodview; grandmother, Delores Conner, of Roanoke; parents-in-law, Blair L. Clinebell Sr. and Donna Clinebell, of Vinton; grandparents-in-law, Harold D. Clinebell and Phyllis "Pat" Pugh; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends; her "second family" of Advance Auto Parts; and her special pet, Princess. Crystal loved her job at the Advance Auto Parts Store at 13th and Jamison. She also loved horseback riding, NASCAR races, playing video games with her kids, music and dancing. Her funeral will be held at noon on Thursday, February 3, 2011, at Oakey's Vinton Chapel. The Rev. Rodger Hogan will officiate and interment will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 2, 2011, from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. at Oakey's Vinton Chapel, 540-982-2221.

     Elbert James Wilson Radford Sr. was buried at Highland Memory Gardens, Rt. 11 between Dublin and Radford, Pulaski Co., Virginia.³ He was born on March 31, 1933 at Roanoke, Virginia.^3,4 He married Betty Lee Farmer on April 27, 1953 at Galax, Virginia.^3,5 Elbert James Wilson Radford Sr. died on September 11, 2018 at Virginia at age 85.³ He Master Sergeant James W. Radford, Sr. USAF (retired), of Christiansburg, passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2018, at the age of 85. James was born in Roanoke, Va. on March 31, 1933. He was the only child of Samuel and Annabell Radford. The family moved to Pulaski, Va. in 1942. James graduated from Pulaski High School in May 1950, joining the Marines that same month. Leaving the Marines in 1952 he then worked at the Radford Arsenal and married Betty Lee Farmer in 1953. Missing the military life, James joined the Air Force in 1956 moving to Tyndall Air Force Base in Panama City, FLa. James moved his family to several duties stations, including Clark Air Force Base in the Philippines. His final duty station was Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland, retiring from the Air Force on November 1, 1974. James had an opportunity to join his uncle, Albert Conner, in a mobile home park venture that same year. He, along with his wife Betty, managed their rental properties until retiring from that business in May, 2002. James loved his military career, golf tournaments with his wife, watching all sports on television, military reunions and motorcycle trips with his son. MSGT Radford is survived by his wife Betty; son, James W. Jr. of Radford; daughters, Donna Lee Radford of Crofton, Md. and Connie Harless of Christiansburg; grandchildren, James W. Radford III and wife Aysha of Cary, Nc., Lisa Lynn Vaught and husband Chad of Christiansburg, Michelle Radford of Crofton, Md., Jason Bradley Harless and partner Christine of Lusby, Md., Melissa Bennett and husband Trevor of Christiansburg. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren. Graveside with military honors will follow in Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum, Dublin. on September 16, 2018.³

She was a retired employee of The Vinton Weaving Company. Surviving are her husband, Ervin E. (Eddie) Roden; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Isaac E. Bolling, Roanoke; two sons, Edward Wayne Roden, Roanoke, Walter E. Roden, at home; two daughters, Mrs. Herbert L. Bobbitt, Roanoke, Mrs. Sherry Simpson, at home; three grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Geneva Fleenor, Roanoke; one nephew, Harry C. King, Jr., Goodview; one niece, Mrs. Michael Dunn, Roanoke. Burial will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park. on January 9, 1981.⁶

She was preceded in death by her parents, Issac and Audrey Conner Bolling; sister, Joyce Huddleston Roden; niece, Sherry Roden Ferguson; and special friend, Paul Jarvis. Geneva was born in Roanoke and was a lifetime member of the First Church of the Nazarene where she sang in the choir, and worked with children and women's ministries. She was an artist who loved to give her art away to family and friends. A highlight of her life was traveling with Linkous Tours to the Southern Gospel Conventions. She was a beloved mother and grandmother, and she will be missed dearly. She is survived by her son, Harry C. King Jr (Sonny); and daughter, Glenna King Dunn (Mike); grandchildren, Catina Wright (Jammie), Chad Dunn (Colby), Sonya Mullins, Suni Nicole Hefflen (Cameron), Apryl Dunn Butler, Jessica Tolley (Brian); 14 great grandchildren; niece, Debbie Bobbitt; and nephews, Eddie and Walter Roden; best friend, Ruby Huffman; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank Good Samaritan Hospice and especially Sharon, Cary, and Kathy for their assistance in her care. on May 26, 2016.⁴
