The family would like to offer special thanks to Dr. Henry Burgess who has been so special to John. She was preceded in death by her father, Homer Terrell, Sr. and her mother, Nannie Mills Terrell; a sister, Rachel Bower; and a brother, Homer Terrell, Jr. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Clarence "Ozzie" Poff; daughters and son-in-law, Bonnie and Rob Harris and Sandy Wilkinson; grandsons, Scott Witt and wife, Nichole, Greg Witt and wife, Michelle; granddaughters, Kylie Wilkinson and Morgan Wilkinson; great-grandson, Dylan Reese Witt; sisters, Ethel Hamilton, Opal Johnston, Leona Mundy, Goldie and husband, Charles Patsel, and Dove Stevens. A cryptside service will be held at Sherwood Memorial Park. on September 14, 2000.1
