She was a graduate of Clifton Forge High School and went on to become an X-ray technician. She was a substitute teacher in York County for many years and later worked with handicapped children at Botetourt Elementary School. Libby was preceded in death by her best friend and loving husband of 56 years, Edward T. Wright, Sr. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Bertha Craft; stepmother, Lois Craft; and a brother, Bobby Craft. Libby is survived by her daughter and caregiver, Ellen Wilson and husband, Mike; her daughter, Ann Howell and husband, Murray; and a son, Edward T. Wright, Jr., and daughter-in-law, Liz. 'Nana' Libby leaves behind 12 grandchildren, Carrie, Courtney and her husband, James, Catelyn and her husband, Gordon, and Cassie, Josh, Jake, Hercy and Socy, and Taylor, Ian, Zach, and Emily; and five great-grandchildren. Libby is survived by two sisters, Jayne Craft Putnam and Donna Craft; and a brother, Jimmy Craft. The family expresses extreme gratitude to Jonnie Forrest for taking wonderful care of their mother for the past year. They would also like to thank Pat and the staff of Hospice for the care they gave to Libby. The family will gather with friends at 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 7, at Andrews Funeral Home for a processional to a graveside service at Windsor Gardens Cemetery. A celebration of life will follow at the home that Libby shared with Mike and Ellen Wilson, 5599 Payne's Point Road, Gloucester.
