Alto hospital, Washington, D. C. He volunteered from Craig county and served as sergeant in Company A, 317th infantry, 80th division. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Amanda Bradley Craft; his sister, Amanda Bradley Craft; his father, Charles L. Craft, Craig county; five brothers and two sisters: Harry C. Craft, Chester B. Craft, Theodore Craft, of New Castle; Sergeant Robert P. Craft, Port Story; D. Spencer Craft, Staunton; Mrs. Hugh Crawford, Roanoke; and Mrs. Haden Sublett, Salem. Burial will be in Arlington national cemetery, Washington. on March 6, 1941.4
