Angle; her son Elliott “Randy” Angle, daughter Deborah A. Coker, her brothers David and Bobby Anderson and her sister Maude (Anderson) Callahan and 13 blessed grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was born on December 21st 1928 in Wytheville, Virginia where she grew up and attended school. Louise and her husband John raised their children and lived most of their adult life in Savannah and Warner Robins Georgia where she was known for one of the most beautiful doll collections in the area. She was a published writer of short stories, poems and religious material, appearing in national magazines. She was the winner in several local, district and state poetry contests. She was an enthusiastic traveler, visiting in 49 states and 16 countries outside the United States. She was a former member of the Poetry Society of Virginia, the Pulaski Woman's Club, the Pulaski Music Club, Delta Kappa Gamma Honor Society for Teachers, Duodecim Club, a local book club, the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter No. 113, and Friends of the Library. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church. While a member of the Snowville Christian Church, she organized their first youth group, and as a member of the Pulaski Christian Church, she was president of the Guild and district secretary of Women's Work. She is survived by one sister and her husband, Helen and Roy Richardson, Pulaski; a niece and her husband, Marian and Gary Lockard, Dublin; a nephew and his wife, Philip and Brenda Richardson, Moneta; two great-nieces, Marsha Wright and her husband, Ronnie Wright of Bedford, Miss Kimberly Richardson of Moneta; a great-great-niece, Megan Wright, Bedford; and special friends, Mr. and Mrs. Roger Dean and Brent, and Teresa Webb. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday from Thomas M. Seagle & Sons Funeral Home with the Rev. Jack Weikel and the Rev. Ty Harrison officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Born October 3, 1913 in Snowville, Va. she was the daughter of the late Nannie Jane Moseley Elmore and Thomas Hampton Elmore.  She was a member of the First Christian Church in Pulaski and a former bookkeeper for Virginia Maid Hosiery Mill, and taught with her sister Marie Baxter at Snowville Elementary School.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy William Richardson; two sisters, Thelma Elmore Morgan Landers and Marie Elmore Baxter and one brother, Lonnie Clifton Elmore. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Marian and Gary Lockard of Dublin; one son and daughter-in-law, Philip R. and Brenda Richardson of Ocala, Fla; two grandchildren; Mrs. Ronald "Marsha" Wright of Bedford and Mrs. James "Kimberly" Dunbar of Denver, Colo; two great-grandchildren, Megan and Lauren Wright.
