Her family would like to express their thanks and undying gratitude to the staff of SICU and 10 Mountain at CRMH. Though everyone was kind and gave excellent, heartfelt care, we especially thank Bonna Keeley, RN, for her help, prayers and guidance, Hollee, for her extra loving care on Kathy's last night and to Rita, who is simply an angel sent from God. We also have a debt of gratitude we could never express to Christopher Pile, MD. Only in Heaven will he understand what a gift from God he is. He has our undying love and thanks.
