He was a son of Henry Ballard Tincher, Route 1, Fayetteville and the late Belle Williams Tincher. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Nancy Elizabeth Tincher; a son, Wesley W. Jr., Route 1, Fayetteville; four daughters, Mrs. Louis Prather, Charleston, Mrs. Lois Belle Thompson and Miss Joann Ellen Tincher, both of Route 1, Fayetteville and Mrs. Ressie Smith, Oak Hill; six brothers, Lee, Silas and Tom, all of Route 1, Fayetteville, Henry, Route 2, Beckley, Forest, Kilsyth, Herbert, Bangor, Mich; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Taylor, Route 1, Fayetteville, Mrs. Olive Woodson, Dayton, Ohio, and Mrs. Esther Bennett, Mount Hope and five grandchildren. on December 12, 1963.³
