Acord, formerly of Slab Fork, W.Va; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jo and Bob Nunley, Velma and Mack Gibson, Anne Crouch and Linda Bower; five stepsons and their wives, Jeff and Carol Acord, Ted and Dee Acord, Tim and Carol Acord, Clifton and Jennifer Acord and Glen and Jenny Acord; 12 step grandchildren; nieces and nephews, Ellen McGuyer, Shirley Walters, Glen Walters, Randy Gibson, Rita Orren, Vanessa Moore, Naomi Lagan, Denise Linkous, Cathy Stoner, Darshall Mabry, Donna Varner, Eric Bennett, Anita Orren and numerous cousins in Floyd County.
