Artickual 3rd - I will to my Son, James L. Kelly, nothing. for the reason that he has already gotten as much or more than any of my

children can get.



Artickual 4th - I further will that my son, Moses G. Kelly, Shall pay after My death fifty dollars to My Estate, it being in consideration of a balance for land deeded to him by my self.



Artickual 4th - The remaining Portion of My Estate both Real and personal I wish sold, my personal property to be sold on a credit

of Twelve Months. My Real Estate on such time as Executors may think most conducive to the interests of my legatees, and after all nessary expences shall have been paid. My Will and desire is that the proceeds shall be Eaqually divided between My children herein after named, to wit. Elizabeth Conner, Ann Gray, Benjamin F. Kelly, George W. Kelly, Jr., William D. Kelly, and Moses G. Kelly, and the heirs of Joseph P. Kelly, Dec'd – Shall have only one share.



I further will that My son, James L. Kelly, Shall not have any Interest in My wife's Dowery.

Hudson, 85, of Collinsville, who died Nov. 29, 2009, at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro, N.C., will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church of Collinsville with the Rev. Larry Cheek officiating. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. at Mill Creek Baptist Church cemetery in Fincastle. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Collins-McKee-Stone Funeral Home, Bassett Chapel. She was born in Bedford County on June 7, 1924, to Thomas E. King and Joyce Conner King. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Landern Hudson; a sister, Bertha King Dodson; and four brothers, Arthur Wilbur King, Evine Elbert King, Edward John King and Thomas Abram King. She graduated from Buchanan High School and Virginia Baptist School of Nursing in Lynchburg and worked for 27 years as a staff nurse at DuPont. She had been a member of First Baptist Church in Collinsville since 1951 and had been active in the Women’s Missionary Union. She was a volunteer for the American Red Cross and Hospice for several years. Surviving are two daughters, Kathryn Hudson Wilkerson of La Plata, Md., and Rosemary Roberts Findley of Greensboro, N.C; a sister, Martha Marie King of Ringgold; three brothers, Melvin Lewis King of Bedford, Norman Bennett King of Salem and Kenneth Nathan King of Fincastle; two granddaughters; a great-granddaughter; and a number of nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, Att: Memorials and Tributes, P.O. Box 5216, Roanoke, Va. 23058. Collins-McKee-Stone Funeral Home, Bassett, is handling arrangements. on December 1, 2009.6

Funeral services will be conduced Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Pocahontas Baptist Church with Rev. Courtney Johnson and Rev. William Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery in Tazewell, Va. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Friends may call at Shumate-Newman Funeral Home in Pocahontas after 5 p.m. today. The body will be taken to the church one hour prior to the service. on January 13, 1970.2
